best dither fish for cichla???

hi guys i just want to ask what do you think is the best dither fish for cichlas?? to lessen the aggression between them?

i have 3pcs cichla temensis about 2ft in lenght in my 540g tank. i have notice the temensis are always chasing other smaller cichlas?
