Best DSLR for the money?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
u cant go wrong with any dslr really. canon and nikon are both good brands. but if you want nice built quality. go with nikon, canon's built quality is LOL. but thats my opinion of course.

the best for your money would be Canon t1i.

it has all the image quality and features that a high end camera would offer, but without the high price tag.

I personally skipped the t1i and got the Canon 7D, because it's more advanced and made with weather seal construction. But it costs about $1000 more.

Get what fits your budget and your needs.

However, once you purchase something of a lesser end and use it to it's full capabilities you will want to upgrade..haha..

If you choose a Canon start with the T1i. This way you'll have a current model with new features. Use the extra money you have on a much superior glass.

Glass = Quality and bodies can always be upgraded

Go into a photography store and handle different cameras. It won't take long before you know which brand fits best in your hands. Ignore the names for the time being. Nikon has been kicking Canon's sorry azz lately, but I won't bring that up. ;)
