What's the stock going to be?

angle fish, cardinals tetras, several guppies, and whatever else i can find that falls into the same community group.

^^^^^^^^^^wow they can filter up to 200g at a price of about $100 is this a good choice

Fx5 might be overkill for a smaller stock, but its better than not enough...

For that stock, an Eheim 2250 will be enough. Go 2260 if you want a bit of overkill.

saw that before(fake fx5)not sure how good it is but i would just get the real thing,in the long run you will be better off.

Pinching pennies, losing dollars. A filter that won't last is just a waste of money in the long run. I would spend the $200 on the FX5 (first choice), or alternatively go with an eheim.

agreed,in the long run what if you need a part or something, will that filter company even still be around then, fluval is a tried and true company as well as eheim, they will always be around for parts and service, spend the money now than later on spending more money later when you have to replace that knock off, just my 2 cents.
