omega one has a pretty good ingredients and my fish enjoy it. I've used the cichlid and kelp pellets for sunfish, cories, kuhli loaches, hatchet fish and rainbows with good results for about 2 years.
Tetra is acceptable, but nothing great. it's like giving a mediocre diet with a multivitamin.
I'm not familiar with the other two.

IMO AND EXPERIENCE! the the op. omega one is my vote out of those. But, as mentioned, if ur concern is price vs quality oceans nutrition omnivore flake ive found has exact or very similar ingredients to all the expensive brands and cost 80% less. first ingredients are krill, brine, spirulina, shrimp, kelp, squid, ect.
