How about something a little more unique, like Parachromis friedrichsthallii, Amphilophus zaliosum, Herichthys tamosopoensis, etc.? Also, not so rare, but I am a huge salvini fan, and you could do a pair in a 75.

Black nasty! But its really probably too small for one of those. I HAD a flowerhorn, but I recently traded it in for some future investments. I say if you are a purist then a midas or RD or maybe even a vieja, but if not then get a flowerhorn.

ive got a wild caught female festae and shes stunningthey can get to 12" but 10" is more likely, if they dont suit your likes i would either go for a herichthys carpintis-male, Parachromis managuense-female, parachromis motaguense red tiger, grammode-male or Nandopsis tetracanthus
