best fish to cycle?

i had great results using seachem stabilaty

you can add fish to the tank after 48 hours it worked well for me

I wouldnt add more then 1 fish/week with this method! Adding fish too soon will create many probs as ur fish give off ammonia. Just test ur water and make sure its ready!

this is exactly how i cycled my tank. pure ammonia. i did mine to lvls that would have wiped out any fish, and got a strong BB colony, that could handle my rays' output.

there is no reason to harm fish when you can cycle in a more humane way, plus a bottle of pure ammonia is cheaper than all those fish and accomplishes the same thing.

well i can only comment on how i set up my 1000 gal i added seachem stabilaty then put 2 x scobina rays in 48 hours later then the rest of my stock 1 week later with no problems


we all know how good prime is and it does what it says on the bottle whats to say stabilaty is not as good if you have not used it how can you comment
