if you're goin after sharks get some small shrimp catch some small hand sized pinfish or whatever kind of small fish like that you have there cut them in fillets and use the fresh cutbait

for freshwater, i use shiners or worms and for Inshore is shrimp, mullet, or piltrdge (not sure how to spell that) thats what works best for me
