Best food for big fish?

I feed chunks of Basa fillet stuffed with NLS float to my 2ft leichardti.

-hikari jumbo carnisticks
-Xtreme aquatics big fella (cheaper option)
-whole smelt (silversides)
-tilapia/ feet RAW shrimp (bought from grocery store) never get the red precooked shrimp
-insects like praying mantis and roaches for arowana
