Omega flake food here, I travel to much. So the flake food is easy for the auto. feeder.

I've got a 65g mallawi cichlid tank and I mostly feed spirulina and algae wafers. The algae wafers are for my labeotropheus fuellboni, who is an algae eater by trade and I've got a pleco that goes for it... Also hand feed cichlid sticks from Tetra. I don't go in for feeder fish, don't want the diseases. Brine shrimp is a no brainer for just about any fish....
