Getting a memory foam mattress with an adjustable frame has done wonders for my back pain and also has the added benefit of reducing my acid reflux. I've also found that taking fish oil, B-12, and glucosamine help relieve quite a bit of joint pain.
yeah I take OsteoBiflex triple strength too. I look for a decent dose of hyaluronic acid as an ingredient for joint supplements. it is a natural lubricant + has some anti inflammatory action. it works better than plain glucosamine for me. BUT that does not address pain outside of joints, especially nerve pain.
swimming is very therapeutic for many people.
Aside from mobility though, inflammation has biological causes and is very damaging to your body. I've already paid enough prices for toughing it out for too long. the nice thing about dietary supplements is that it benefits your whole body, not just the hurting parts. it also benefits your circulatory system & brain to reduce inflammation.
I just found out that the reck center near my job has a Olympic size indoor pool. I'm going to go there after work and swim. They said they also got an endless pool like the ones they show on TV commercials .
