The best in tank heaters are the ones connected to a temp controller. For insurance, keep an extra heater as backup.
All heaters are horrible nowadays but Eheim and Aqueon Pro seem to be the best of the bunch.

I've found Fluval Glass Heaters to be reliable; I had zero problems with them when I had my tank.
I gave this Hygger 1200W a shot from amazon, so far so good! Been keeping a 180 (mesh top) at 86 degrees for about 4 months now with no issues. Will update.

I'd go with an Eheim heater and an Inkbird controller. Redundant control and economical. There are more expensive heaters and controllers, but this combination has never failed me.
You'll hear about lots of different experiences and opinions on heaters. I'll throw mine in. I've tried various heaters over the years, alone, and rigged up to inkbirds. I've had failure on the heaters AND the inkbirds.
For the past 3 or 4 years I've been using relatively cheap Juwel Aqua heat 300w heaters. I've had no problems at all with these heaters.
Someone will probably come along now and trash the Juwel heater, lol.
But that's heaters for you, they all give you grief eventually, you just need to find one that gives you the least grief!

I like the hygger heaters mentioned above, plan to buy a couple more this winter.
