best knifefish for 125 gallon tank

that is yet to be decided i plan to get this tank next month i thought an arowana or redtail but after research realized it was in no way right to put in such a small tank

African knife, will be ok for life in there. I have had several over the years, active day and night, mine were hand fed. Peaceful. Intelligent

African knife, bgk or Ghost brown knife. Even Gymnotus sp will work too. Depends on ur tankmates as well.

oh sweet i really like the black ghost knife i just thought 125 was too small

I have been spying this, you can check my sticky in the subforum. African knives are super chill. Just make sure nobody tries to beat on them because they aren't brawlers like cichlids and the likes.
