Best LFS in Philly Area

Yeah,things have changed for the worst here in Philly...WorldWide has gone out of business after the owner sold it to an employee....Big ALs turned into Capt.Nemos after it separated from that chain and has since been bought out by Pets Plus..The little place on 40th street is TradeWinds..It's been there since I was a kid but I don't bother going to that area since parking is a PITA....Giant Aquarium is still open and it's nice and all but I wouldn't give them that title lol.

Captain nemos is right there by the Norristown hospital? Has that big ass shark tank..... I think.

Yeah that's nemos w the shark tank. It's a good selection somewhat but I've seen a lot of ich in their tanks and there prices are a little high. I went by giant a while back and they were closed. Idk if that means permanently they r a mom n pops so their schedule is their own. World wide closed down a few years back I believe. Never been to trade winds. There is a place called aquarium world on meetinghouse road in boothwyn that is pretty cool. They have a lot of monsters.

That's it only now it is part of the Pets Plus chain.They started sucking years ago when they decided to mimic PetSmart so I guess it will be quite a while before I take a drive out there...They probably shut down the shark tank.@Richkid,when did you go to Giant,they are closed on Mondays..I have never been to that Boothwyn place.
