Best lights for crisp color?

I'll check them out later when I get home. I'll also check the bulbs and its Kelvin rating. Its definitely not the skinny type bulb but more of the regular sized ones so I guess its not HO or high output.

its a little hard to tell, but judging by the light output it it appears to be just regular fluorescent bulbs, not high output. also, they color looks close to that of the 18,000k, what are they?

I use standard hagen powerglo's too, two in each 3 foot fixture on my 150

they are a pretty good all purpose bulb. IMO. I have even grown plants like crazy with them in the past
