Best medicine to treat internal parasites?

Yes white stringy poop normally indicates the fish has internal parasites.

Are you positive? Cause i had him in my tank over a month and him seem fine

I stated normally but sometimes food it ate can make that appearance of the poop. Keep your eye on the Cichlid if it continues to have poop looking like that after feeding a couple of times I suggest treating with API General Cure.

Try praziquantel and if he doesn’t improve, move onto levamisole. Thin, not eating, shedding intestinal lining, not growing...sounds like internal parasites

No. There's plenty of garlic in NLS Hex Shield ... garlic, magnesium sulfate, and a chemical similar to metronidazole. No need to double up on garlic. HexShield will treat the same things as API GENERAL CURE or Seachem Metroplex.

The problem could be caused by something which HexShield will treat like Hexamita/Spironucleus. (Use as directed on the instructions ... don't overfeed.) Or, it could need treatment with levamisole.

If the problem persists after the HexShield treatment, treat with levamisole HCL. It can be ordered of eBay.
