guys he said no big dogs lol

english bulldog or french bulldog is what i would go for instead of the pug but just to
throw some ideas out... boston terrier, welsh or american corgi, yorkshire terriers,
maltese, west highland terriers, chihuahua, miniature pinscher, manchester pinscher,
jack russell terrier, miniature schnauzer, affenpinscher, pomeranian, cavalier king charles spaniel,
english cocker spaniel, volpino italiano, american eskimo dog, german spitz and etc etc...
i can go on and on for a long time but these are some small breed dogs if you wanna check em out.

In my opinion I would go with a english staffordshire bull terrier. They have energy but at the same time if you play with them in doors and do training it will work out just fine. They are notoriously good with kids to the point that they are nicknamed the nanny dog. They stay a pretty good size. a large male would only be about 40lbs. They are a very goofy breed of dog and will do stupid thinks to make you laugh.

If the price of purchase for an English bulldog seems like a lot it is nothing compared to the medical bills that accompany them. I think they are very cute but I can't think of a breed that has more health problems

I back this up 100 percent. My English bulldog was at the vet at least once every 3 months. she passed away in March of last year, I'm still paying off all her vet bills almost a year later. They were close to 7,000

I agree that you should be looking at mixed breed dogs. They often lack the health problems that purebreds have.

First of all - 100 sq feet ? Did anybody else catch that ? So you have a 10x10 place?

Second - walking 30-45 minutes once or twice a day is nowhere near what a dog needs. You clearly need to adjust your life / lifestyle before you are ready to take on the responsibility of a dog. If you have so little time for the dog - how are you caring for the child?

I'd focus on making life adjustments first.
