The #1 riff of all time has to be Back in Black
You might not like all ac/DC songs...but the riff is the most recognizable in the world, just 1 or 2 notes and you know the song. In 100 years people will still be listening to that song.

I love all acdc songs that was my first favorite band when I was a little kid like 6 years old I would be blasting acdc rockin out love em and yeah back in black is one of the most reconizable ever

Anything that Metallica wrote in the 80's.
can't forget motorhead, Ace of Spades or Damage Case
so many i could go on and on and on...

Hell yeah! Bassicly any thing Dave mustaine wrote with metallica Haha I love metallica but anything in the 80s was because of Dave because notice the change after he left megadeth sounds like early metallica still on their new album in 2011 because dave was the one but i still like newer metallica too so I don't want to turn this into megadeth vs metallica Haha

Domination - Pantera (Everytime I even remember this song, it gives me the urge to play it on full volume.)
Highway to hell - AC/DC.
Kashmir - Led Zeppelin (This one got me hooked to zep, even if it was used as a sample by Puff, it still remained as a legend.)
Under Pressure - Queen (Same as Kashmir.)
Four Horsemen/The Mechanix - Metallica/Megadeth (Nuff said.)
Holy wars... The punishment due | Tornado of souls | Hangar 18 - Megadeth (These were the ones that really got me hooked on megadeth.)
Crazy Train - Ozzy (Why not? Randy opened my ears to new heights.)
Guerilla Radio - R.A.T.M (The only good nu metal band.)

Still got loads to list but I kinda forgot about them since I am on metal-break. LOL
