State of chaos
What was the moment in fishkeeping where you just stepped back and said "This is it. This is what its all about." For me it was when my fry were born. I was home from school sick and asleep, so I only managed to save 4. I remember that I videotaped them with my phone and attached "Incedent on 57th Street" to it (by playing it in the background as I recorded) and it was really nice. I titled it "New To The World." kinda made me think: "This is what its all about."
So anyone else feel this? What moment made you just think that all your hard work was worth it?

What kind of fry were they?
Mine was when I got my 180 gallon fish tank. I thought to myself "this is it, I finally have a big enough tank where I can raise almost all the monster fish I really want." NOW its on to a even bigger tank for more dreams. :D

Mosquitofish...lol not what most ppl on here like, but for a rookie its unbeatable.:headbang2:D

it all makes it worth while man. but, my first RTC, made me think...what did i get into.

when i got my first 2 flowerhorns home after months of tryin to find them in the uk then had to wait 2 extra weeks for their tank to cycle before i could bring them home.

then 4 weeks later the male killed nearly everything in my tank and im thinkin of quitting lol....but it was worth it when i got them in the tank and their colours were amazing!

haha those flowerhorns are a pain in the UK. i saw them at an lfs once, thought 15£ screw that. really wish i wouldve got one now i know how hard they are to obtain!

for me the moment mustve been when i came home from a 2 week holiday and in the time that had passed my 6" gt had fully coloured up and grown a nuchal hump, that was when i just thought wow this is what ive always wanted a big beautiful fish with attitude

3 Days ago, when i moved my crowded rasbora into my 55 gal.
He just looked so happy...
Playing and messing around after only 3 minuites.
It took the inhabitants of the 10 gallon a half hour to stop darting around, in fear of the net of DOOM!
