you can try some cool cold water monsters , like alligator gar , northern pike or yellowcheek carp , no problem overwintering outside

Arapaima gigas, sterlet sturgeon, alligator gar, tiger shovel nose. Note: these will need a 300-500 or more tank size these fish get huge especially the arapaima
