the bullhead idea sounds good but my friend whos like a bit of an expert on them says that theyre gona bite at all the fishes fins except sunnies wich is weird
I've never known any type of catfish to be nippy. Bullheads might swallow a tankmate whole but I doubt they'd settle for bits of fin.

Better phrased

So far I think Bullheads are in the lead.

Bullheads can be VERY nippy. I put one in with an Oscar (who was bigger) and the bullhead beat the crap out of it. They're scrappy fish, don't underestimate them!

Can mutli Bullheads live in one tank? Or will they harm each other?

They can live together. Bullheads come in two classes: big and mean (white, yellow, black, brown) and small and relatively peaceful (flat, snail, spotted). Don't mix the classes. If you want a community tank, go with the small ones. Unfortunately they are rather hard to find.

I had several in my outdoor pond and they did great together. I think they might be schooling fish? Either way, it seems like when you catch one, there are usually more nearby.
