agree, its only like 10 bucks of one container

are we talking about the matrix?
or the other stuff.

Cuz i'm not 100% sure what matrix is :D

just hear it works well when submerged and i'm trying out a new desighn of w/d

Petsmart has Matrix i know that, and yes its around 10 dollars. i would say it works okay, bigger fan of purigen and the biomax myself. The eheim stuff im sure u can find at petco, i work there, and i thinkwe have it. petsmart probably has it to.

Try price matching the website, great prices online and u dont have to pay for shipping.

eghh I'm looking at this stuff now, and Just from looks I'm not a huge fan. But idk, I've always used

biomax

and the stuff that looks like biomax ( ceramic rings )

Sooo I guess I'm just gona have to try this.

Seachem Matrix, Petsmart sells it for pretty cheap. If not you can get them to price-match it from Big Al's (I assume they sell cheapest) or any other online retailer. They also have Ehfisubtstrat Pro, but that's really pricey.

I havent shopped for that but drsfosterandsmith.com are usually hard to beat esp on filter media

Yea i've been looking at prices and for

EHEIM SUBSTRAT Pro its about 30$ for 1L

Soo I'm down to which would be better for my buck

ceramic cylinders ( aka bio max, etc.. )
or EHEIM SUBSTRAT Pro

Considering I'm going to be filling up about 30gallons with this stuff, I'm about to just choose which ever is cheapest.
