reI'm wondering what the best sinking food is for my pleco's WITH OUT adding any weight. I've found food they like but most needs weight.

Why don't you want any food that adds weight? All of the foods will do that....You could try some mustard greens, or turnip greens....They are a good food...

I just let my Plecos Scavange what they can most of the time. Other than that the occasional veggie greens or algae disc is good.

I think he means food that doesn't need a weight to make it sink to the bottom for them. Right?

This is what I do also. I just let them feed on what ever they can get and the algea.

I occasionally throw in some zucchini.

I feed my bottom feeding fish shrimp pellets from my local aquarium store they are cheap and they love them.
