Best plecos to breed?

Following this thread. A lot of good suggestions here. I too want to step my game up with different pleco species. I’m leaning toward l134/l397/l200(Baryancistrus demantoides) just have to see what I can get my hands on as far as pairs go.

Please keep this thread updated with the species you decide on and how your success goes!

I too have been interested in breeding some plecos... I want to empty out a 30 gallon and do a species only tank. I’ve been eyeing the L-134’s and might see if my LFS can get a small group for me. I also have one juvie L-183 and two L-128’s which could be a future project.
