Best Protein food for aros.

What is the best protein food for aros? Floating frogs? Meal worms? Are bullfrog tadpoles safe? Thanks.

For any live food, there is always a risk of parasites or other sickness unless you completely trust the supplier,(I wouldn't).

Its best to quarantine anything you plan on feeding live.

Never tried or saw the need to. If your aro goes for floaters be sure to freeze the pinkies first, hence they will float.

hehe Idk if its the new tank or what but they seem to just drift near the top, well it is 3 ft high so i assume thats why. Petco sells frozen pinkys lol.
