Personally dunno bout absolute protein i got mine on Hikari Meat sticks and his colors are amazing.

thats what i'm feeding LOL...

they love it.

other than that, frozen chunks of pork, chicken and shrimp are cheap easy to enrich foods.

beef can be used too... but in thin slices.
