Best ray to breed with Hystrix?

I would advise against a Henlei, they grow huge. For a bigger chance at success at crossing them, you should choose a smaller hybreed male maybe a leo pearl or something. That should give you crazy morphs. They are less fussy with who they mate with and mature earlier.

I would not risk males that are too much bigger than the females.

I am looking for a male no larger than 5-6". My females are around 4"-4.5". U experienced in shipping???

If you want to make a hystrix hybrid then find out what lineage the Chocolate ray is that R. Ross has in the aqualog book. He says it is the only one of it's kind imported but looks just like a hystrix crossed with something. If you can find that combo the bring it on, I would buy one!
