is it not like native fish? cannot buy out of state and have them sent here? When I checked the laws it was.

I would look more into it, because last time I was at the expos Fish and Game were really cracking down on Native reptiles

I mean REALLY cracking down.....they confiscated a SOUTHERN Copperhead cuz it was a copperhead, even though we only have Northerns in PA and a Southern doesn't come within 500 miles of PA.....they took it and gave the guy a citation JUST because it looked the part and they didn't know - shame you don't have to go to school to be PAFBC. IDK how you do you job if you can't ID species

In Missouri the f&g will give permits for the private keeping of tigers,alligators,hawks and raccoons etc but not for squirrels,they don't even have a reason,they just dont(their words)
