Not that turned out well. I was in a rush on my way around. The displays are behind a protective glass divered as well (keeps little kids from hitting the glass). Nice for the animals, crap to photograph with two layers of reflection to account for. Plus the zoo was shoulder to shoulder people when I was there.

We're sorry the loaches are not on display. Late last night, someone broke into the zoo and STOLE all of them. Police are working with USFW to investigate such an odd event.

I can see Tilapia at the Chinatown market!
Oh, they also have gophers. You know, Richardson's ground squirrels. I think you call them pocket gophers.
