So is it true about not letting my Haps/Peacocks and Labs eat bloodworms?

I know it is the truth for Mbuna in general but i had read that Haps/Peacocks were predatory and Labidochromis species are omnivours with a diet similar to that of my Central American cichlids :S

I noticed the Labs grow very fast!

i think the fryeri are the best looking solid blue fish you can get.

if you are looking for something mostly blue it is hard to top these guys

Blood worms is a no no. Brine shrimp for peacocks is good.
