What submersible filters do you guys find the best? I have a 40 breeder that houses two patriot crabs. the tank has about 6 inches of water in it. Currently I am using sponge filters but want to switch. My biggest concern is the filter clogging too fast. Any turtle people in here have a good recommendation? If a filter can handle turtles it can definitely hand this tank.

One of those submersible turtle filters would probably be you're best bet for that amount of water and clogging shouldn't be too much of a problem if all you have are those crabs.

I agree. Ideally like to get some specific filter recommendations

I have two of these and I like them a lot. They have plenty of space inside for adding your own media. I haven’t had any clogging issues.

Turtle people usually use canisters. In this case I would just use an aqueon or a whisper. In shallow paludariums that what I do.

I've heard good reviews about it and it is probably anything-proof.
Aquarium co-op sells them if you are in the US, you can also find them on ebay but shipping is expensive because they're manufactured in South Korea

Thanks but the water is only 6 inches or so deep
