I have eels, bichirs, and a midas. I have pfs and it's perfect, but food gathers in it like gravel and I hate that. I had play sand, but I read about it ruining filters. Is tile nice? Or any other opinions? Thanks!

Sorry my stupid iPhone must have done it. But I have pool filter sand, and it's like when I move it poop or food or little pieces of something flys everywhere. Is there anything I can do about that
