Best treatment for this

I am guessing that it is fenbendazole powder. I guess you could try it. I have not personally used it.
What do you guys recommend for clout treatment? Was wondering if a shorter term bath at slightly higher strength would be less stressful for him. Kinda scared to you this stuff, have read it is very powerful stuff
that would be my guess too. Great drug and a step up from prazi but still similiar coverage.
He is still fighting. Still hasn't eaten anything. I am losing hope, he gradually looks worse and worse. Whatever has a hold of him is not letting up. Here is a before and after. I love flowerhorns personality, I have spent hours researching and reading throughout this, and I have drawn a conclusion that they are very prone to problems, rewarding as hell as you watch them grow. but for the long term, probably not the best choice moving forward. 
could have an intestinal obstruction or a non infectious problem. Could always go to a vet for a workup
