When I worked at an LFS, I'd always mix up a Devil's brew that I figured nothing could live in. The recipe was never written down, but usually went something like this- RO/DI water, commercial net soak, acid buffer (vinegar would also work), salt, aquarisol, clout, Marycin, methylene blue, and if velvet was popping up, acriflavin. This is a very general recipe, and changed up somewhat every time. We were dealing with 400+ tanks, so the nets had to be nuked. For home, I'd do a salt bath or some net soak if I was worried. As it is, I just let my nets dry out between uses.
