Most or all males will have a hump when they want to breed.

That first pic with its punarni lol hanging out is a female

Stick a piece of slate or a upturned flower pot dish in there and you'll see the pair all over it very fast

Have got Big flat slate on bottom mate" and thinking they may all be Female then because all tubes are the same as that pic! That pic I posted is the biggest bass also mate" So others must be female if smaller? Do males get much bigger than females?

Both male and females grow to same size or very close to each other.

If none are showing a hump (if you've had them for a while in tank together) then yes they could be all females

The hump is BS, females will have it I have proof. You need to vent and check anal fins.

Yes agree, some females do get humps BUT not as big as a males, I have a mono female which gets a very small hump when she wants to breed but males hump are 4-5 times bigger

Anal fins are not 100% accurate, rounded anal fins = females and pointy anal fins = males
I had a rounded anal fin bass thought it was a female but it paired up with another female and fertilised her eggs

Oo= male
o>= female

Rounded anal fin= female
Pointed anal fin= male.

Ditto. I have seen well-fed females get a small hump. Anal fins are really iffy, especially in hybrids like mono/occell. My first pbass was an egg-laying female hybrid with a very beautiful pointed anal fin. :)
