A python or a bigger bucket like a 5 gallon bucket. Several years ago I used milk jugs and that sucked. Now I use a 4 gallon bucket.

I use a five gallon bucket. Less prime to use then using a python and I think it's safer. I have 4 that I empty at once and fill at once.
$2.50 a bucket at lowes

I buy 5 gallon buckets of RO.
My LFS sells a stamp card good for 100 gallons of RO for $25. (BTW, if you own an LFS, this is a good idea. You save a whole lot on those stupid 50 cent credit card swipe charges.)

Auto water changer w/filter. No prime, no time, easy as pie!

Pythons are great and I wish I could use one but my tap is so pressureized I have to age it (Ph will drop almost 2 full points over night) so if your in that situation you can always fill a rubbermaid trash can with water, age it, and then use a pump to fill your tank up.
