Best wet pet ever... Red wolf videos and progress

Normally yes, but lfs' can sometimes mess up common names. Red wolf is erythrinus erythrinus and purple wolf is erythrinus sp Peru. With all wolves the character depends on the individual. My last one was very active at first hit about 7" got fat and lazy, then added to my 120 and it hovered around with the odoe and gold wolf all day
Yeah I think I'm gonna start adding more starve days, I want him to stay lean as he gets older.

So today I was feeding frozen and threw mussel in chomps tank, he wasn't out but I figured he would find it, I was cutting mussel to feed to some smaller fish.
As I walked back through I saw he was out sniffing about, I fed the smaller fish and walked back over.
He was too interested in me to see the mussel so I figured I would reach in, probably scare him of and try again in 5min.... The little sod had zero fear!? I wish I was recording because it would have been a treat lol.
As my hand went in he backed of about 2" them swam at my hand, I was then the scared one, I pulled my hand back up haha.
I then thought sod you and made a fist got to the mussel and grabbed it... He was still there, I thought would he take it from an entire arm in his tank?
I offered it and he swam straight over and ripped it from my fingers with a shake, some real power in that 5.5" fish I tell ya.
All in all a fantastic little experience, I have a strange new respect for this little dude.
Next time I will do a video, maybe you will see blood

Yup daughter saw your vids and likes it. Sons has a cat coming in and other fish we wanna stick in there like one of the jag cats.
Think the red would be cool with tankmates
