joey has an awesome channel! I like AquaticsPantaRhei its not really an informational channel in fact I don't know what it is maybe a private aquarium but they have some insane setups like this rapid setup. I would love to do something like this way down the road never seen it before.

I like Rachael O'leary's Youtube. I have learned a lot about smaller fish that I didnt know about.

I can watch about 5 seconds of Dustin's channel before I have had enough of his personality. Im sure he is plenty knowledgeable though.
