I've had the cae for years and I've never seen him pick on anyone. He's severely stunted from his previous home (he's about the length of a grown betta and supposedly around 8-9 years old) where he was crammed into a tiny 30ltr tank with a ton of other fish. I've been waiting for him to snap for some time now and he hasn't yet - key word there is YET. So until he does (if he does) he's welcome to stay in the community tank.
