Betta in community tank.

Hey im not sure where to post this so I put it here. What I was wondering was would a betta work in my tank? I have 1 danio, 3 comet goldfish, 1 fantial goldfish, 4 sepae tetras, 2 common plecos, and 6 black skirt tetras.

just curious why are you mixing your goldfish with tetra and danio? im sure it will work just dont know if the goldfish waste will end up killing it.

Well the tank is well filtered and will soon be planted.

As for danio and tetras they have not had any problems.

then youl probably be fine. just clean it so the betta can have a clean environment, they enjoy a clean home with plants.

he felt right at home with all the plants

ive had betta with SA/CA cichlids that ate every other living thing alive and left the betta alone, but Africans, tetras, goldfish fin bit like crazy. My one betta looks like a a baby purple arowona with his fins all chewed off, so just watch how the other fish treat it, it might chase them.
