Betta laid eggs

haha... yeah, it doesn't seem like they would have much chance.
 
Ok, so I removed the female but tore up the nest a bit. Some eggs fell, some are still in the nest. I put the female in a 10 with some Killies and Barbs, and there was a short spat, but she defended herself and they are leaving her alone.
 
How long do the eggs take to hatch?

Thats messed up. I have fish, not children. The difference is: if teh baby fish don't make it, I am slightly disappointed. If I have real children, it will be by accident and then i move to Afghanistan. And if I do have children, they will have been miraculously been born in a condom. LOL

Wow, that was a great vid. congrats ewurm and danepatrick. That's the first time i saw how they lay eggs.
