just checkin out my betta and it looks fat a discolored?

no i accidently washed my phone but i can tell you what it looks like it looks like his scales are popping out and he looks bloated around the fin area by his gills

Wow, I don't know. Is he in a tank all by himself? If so, what size?
Maybe, someone with a little more knowledge will come along and help!!

I've never had a fish recover from dropsy...especially bettas
