That softshell defenetly needs a much bigger and deeper tank. I would also take that plastic plant out its just filling up space. The others (the painted and red eared slider) tank should also get some major improving, here you have lots of ideas how to start with, bigger and more naturalistic is the good goal to achieve
 
sure do my pixie is my fav pet! She's going on 8yrs old. Had her since 4th grade.
