Beware of Aquarium PAEX

Back in March of this year I ordered over $500 worth of fish. Andre very poorly handled the delivery. He could not tell me any flight information and was not clear on the delivery time. The fish arrived at my airport much earlier than I was told they would be there and I had no way of tracking them. When I arrived to pick up the boxes the woman at the counter informed me that they had been sitting there most of the day. Upon opening the boxes many of the fish were beyond dead
and some were missing. It was a small miracle that 3 out of the 22 Papa Panaques managed to live. 4 out of the 6 red neck severums didn't arrive at all, and all of the 12 Pike cichlids were toast
After corresponding with him by phone and email he agreed to replace the dead fish and made (or so he tells me he did)several attempts to import more pike, severums and panaques. Each time there was a problem with the delivery, once a customs situation, then my boxes fell of a truck and were damaged beyond recovery. (it's funny how as per some threads here at MFK he has been able to get Papa Panaques to others and has had them for sale throught the time I have been going through this). He said he would make good and it has been several months and I have not heard from him in the least. At this point it is quite clear that he has no intentions of making good or at least returning part of my money. I have been very fair and told him I would be glad to take whatever he might have in stock if that would help. Meanwhile I've rearranged my fish room, and set up extra tanks to make room for the new guys for nothing, I'm out 500+ and 9 months later I'm not even getting jerked around anymore (at least when he was pullin my chain and "trying" I felt I was getting some satisfaction). What would you all do?
