Ok, I read the rules....so does that mean Oddball isn't allowed to warn us since it was in the rhelm of fraudulent? Or does this mean Nick is toast and loses his privilages? Maybe I'm wrong but if the case first stated is true....I think the rules need to be slightly reworded/modified so we can be warned or atleast red flagged of a buyer/seller prone to not holding to agreement. It would be peachy if all this were to get worked out through some sort of nice legal matter but truth be known it may not. Put it in simpletons terms M|L...please??

I can't imagine that mfk could be held responsible.....doesn't make sense. Thats like meeting someone at a car dealership, going to thier house and bying one of thier cars in a private sale....turns out to be a lemon and you take it up with the dealership. MFK is just a means for them to meet and communicate. Is it possible?? I'll hunt the boy down before mfk takes the wrap. 
I've never stated, nor implied, that MFK is responsible in any way for this sour transaction. I posted my situation to primarily warn others of questionable business practices of one of its members. Secondly, I'm simply hoping this will light a fire under nick's butt and get him to finally act and return my money.
I'm all for oddball too, I just wouldn't want to see MFK take a hit because Nick might let them. Hunt his @$$ oddball

The way it was stated in the rules it sounded like a possibility that oddball was wrong for putting the thread up but now that it's all so clear to me now

I bet you're the kind of person that would f*ck a man in the @$$ and not have the GD common courtesy to give him a reach around.....we'll be watching you.
