I tried to be mature about it, by waiting for him. I thought maybe he did loose his shipment so I waited, he then sent me another picture of another stingray because the other one was “Lost” when he sent me the other picture he created a shipping label on Shopify, all he did was buy the label & then he said he shipped it which was a lie because everytime he shipped me a Ray it’ll give me a tracking number & it’ll tell me once it’s scanned in to the ups system, this time it didn’t show it was scanned in, said label was created but ups doesn’t have possession of the package.You say the same thing happened to you, and that you waited longer than 2 months for a refund, yet still defining the seller as “reputable”. If that wasn’t so ridiculous I’d say it’s hilarious.
While we’re on the subject or your wacky response, it’s clear from the texts provided that the OP was trying to be mature about it.

You shouldn’t have to wait 2+ months for a full refund. If no fish were ever shipped/received then 100% of the refund should be issued at once without any troubles. What I don’t understand is the vendor is issuing a refund in installments instead of refunding you the full amount at once. That to me tells me he spent your money and is trying to come up with it some way or the other. This looks 100% bad on the vendor. That Wanna B MFK guy says he has nothing to do with the deal yet he still works with the vendor under 1st class aquatics. He should make this right for the sake of their business reputation then take it up with Brian. Fyi for next time pay these vendors using a method that you are able to charge back the funds in case of something like this happening be smart instead of having to jump through hoops to get your refund. Lesson learned I hope.
Yes you’re 100% correct I had already taken this as a loss but I figured I’d post it so people can be aware & then people started messaging him & he decided to respond & pay me half my refund, as of now just waiting on the last $250 & he’s done paying me.

You’re aI have nothing todo with you and Brian’s transaction. You tryed to go around finding a better price thinking you find another plug better but ended up being my partner and got charged wayyy more than you would of if he knew who you was from your previous orders
