I am clearing the Ich outta my tank using salt and heat for the first time. It has worked great but I got worried like you because after i started treatment it kept getting worse and worse and peaked around the 3rd day. It seemed like the treatment was failing. On the 4th day the Ich dropped dramatically. All the spots are gone and I am now on my 7th day of treatment. so don't panic yet.
I increased salt to 0.2% and the temp tp 86.
