Beautiful Tank! Xingu are amazing! That Azul is a straight Beast!!

Ah, what a thick lady azul. I wanna squeeze her. Thank you for the pictures. As far as photography goes, it looks like the exposure might be getting thrown off a little by the highlighted bling on those dollars and the kelberi. The azul's pelvic fins are very bright, too, and that will shorten the shutter speed if your camera is using automatic settings. If you are using a computer that has a windows operating system on it, I am pretty sure that Windows Picture Gallery is free software. You can get some good results from adjusting the exposure manually using the histogram function.

thanks for the tips! I've been shooting in manual for the most part.
I believe another issue I have is the LED lighting. I'm using 3 spotlights that grow some intense shadows. It really makes it a PITA to get a solid pic sometimes. I'll be going back to tube lighting again soon.

That's the issue I'm having with led's on my big tank as well. I've been thinking of longer fixtures from Buildmyled.com, but for the money I can also get a nice t5 setup. Beautiful fish and tank though. What silver dollars are those?
