Delhezi is averagely not that aggressive. Also, the hiding spots help to work things out. Infact, I more worry about the cichlid on the background. You never know untill you try. There could be a very aggressive ornate that killing tankmates, there also could be a peaceful arowana that live with small bichirs like the photo below (don't try this in your tank):

WOW-my first thought is-Youve got to be kidding----- but then again, every situation is unique.
Amazing photo's of situations that just should not work
 
That just doesnt look natural, my aro would hammer that reedfish. But hey, if it works, why not?
