Bichir ate my khuli loach.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I got quite a lot of experience with bichirs and, my advice is to never keep anything that would fit into its mouth, its best with other kinds of monster fish like cichlids and gars. I wouldnt reccommend silver dollars as well although they are a peacful, one of mine had their fins nipped by 2 SDs in the tank with it.

I never had SD's nip fins of my Bichirs but the opposite the Bichirs would try to nip the SD's.

Yep to everyone who helped, my bichir is perfectly fine now i woke up and saw the head of the khulie loach floating at the top of my tank and the bichir acting like nothing happened. now i just got to figure out how to get 3 khulie loaches out of a 55g tank ?

a bottle with blood worms inside. I am assuming that the bichir won't fit through the mouth of the bottle of course.
