the pike is a belly crawler and my Texas is always hiding and never comes out and the pike has taken over the whole tank but only chases the Texas out of its hole but doesn't every bite it.

yea sounds like my texas as a baby... i'm assuming most these fish are juvenile... you have them all in a 55 gallon....FTL... also just because one fish is backing down from another don't mean it aint kicking the crap out another...lol know what i'm sayin?

so let me get this straight....your dad thinks it's belly blew up...and you concur.....but you say it looks like it was cut open with a knife.....so based on your dad's experience...when a human's belly explodes because of trapped gas, it looks like a clean cut with a knife?
The question still remains; what is the snowflake doing in freshwater?...even if its a "freshwater" moray it still belongs in brackish
